I have a pretty solid stomach, but the drink just never sat well. That's when I started researching other options and found Endurolytes. In reading some Hammer articles, I was even more convinced to skip the sports drink and just go with Endurolyte capsules for my electrolyte needs. Worked like a charm! I took a couple capsules before the race, and few more at the recommended times throughout the race with water, and never had an issue. In combination with Hammer Gels and Race Day Boost, I bettered my PR by almost 7 minutes, snagging my first sub-3 in 2:57! Thanks, Hammer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Goodbye muscle cramps A co-worker who uses Hammer Nutrition products suggested I try your Endurolytes after hearing I had muscle cramps after my first 1/2 Marathon. I bought a bottle along with other products and ran another 1/2 Marathon this past weekend. I took one tablet with some HEED prior to the start, another with more HEED and GEL at miles 7 and 10 and finished the race strong. Shaving six minutes off my first 1/2 Marathon and suffering NO muscle cramps after the race. Thank You Hanner Nutrition!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It helps me in the marathon... (by 14 minutes) A friend introduced me to these capsules after I kept experiencing dehydration in several marathons. Despite being "well trained," I still fell apart in the last 4 or 5 miles (in 2011 & '12). With the same amount of conditioning in 2013 (while using Hammer capsules), I was able to finally "cash in" my training and run two quality races (Boston & Marine Corps in 2:47 each). Before the capsules (& drinking more during races)... I was only able to pull off a 3:01. I hope to go even faster in 2014! I encourage folks to try them. I swallow one every 5 miles... maybe every 3 miles if it is really warm.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Why the formula change? After several rounds of heat exhaustion/dehydration over the years, I discovered endurolytes and have practically eliminated the issue. I have shared my success with friends who take them for leg cramps, dehydration etc. Recently a friend in her early seventies took them along on a high altitude trip to Colorado. She swore by them and shared with fellow travelers for altitude issues. That was until she ran out. When she reordered she said they had stopped working for her. We both discovered that the new formulation reduced the manganese considerably and had dropped the B-6 and the L tyrosine altogether. Has anyone else found a change in their results? Comment from Hammer? Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great supplements! I took Endurolytes for approx 4 years to help with leg cramps (Charlie Horses). They helped greatly but I didn't realize how great they were until I decided to try a similar GNC product. Same minerals plus calcium. The Endurolyes did not elevate my potassium level. When the GNC product elevated my potassium greatly Dr said no more b/c of the GNC product, I noe had too high of a potassium level. Spasms began again so I went back to Endurolytes and once again spasms have stopped and potassium level at normal. I am 66 yrs old and Endurolytes has become once again part of my supplement regiment. Thanks, Hammer.

A cycling friend let me try his Endurolytes and not only did the cramp go away but I felt an almost immediate relief of leg fatigue. Since that day I never cycle without a supply of Endurolytes with me and take 2 or more an hour on every ride. There is no question they improve my cycling ability. I also take them after a ride for recovery. I find Endurolytes are helpful when working out in the gym too. Love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life/leg savers. Just did the 42 mi on Timberline Trail around Mt Hood in a day. I had cramping/muscle issues on all the training runs previously and was scared for this run. Also I am vegan and use coconut water for an electrolyte while on the bicycle so for running there was no solution for electrolytes. I found and bought endurolytes at the last second and packed about 20. Fan-freakin-tastic, what else can i say? No cramping during or, even more suprisingly, after my run around Mt Hood. These are my new electrolyte staple for long runs. lightweight, vegan, highly effective and no stomach issues whatsoever. I was sweating and freezing at mile 30 of my run and if i would have had any leg cramping issues I would have been in BIG trouble. I am deeply grateful for this product. Hammer time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Endurolytes This is THE best endurance problem to forestall cramping based upon electrolyte imbalances. I have been using this product consistently for years and it has never let me down. It is only when I forget to use Endurolytes do I get into trouble on long, hot & humid rides. Since I am not a consistent fan of stretching, this product takes the pain out of cramping/charlie-horses. At least a dozen members of my club (VCR, Inc.) use this product and all are more than satisfied. This is one little capsule you definitely want to take with you on long rides and intense efforts.
