Designed for the harshest conditions, as well as other variables that require higher amounts of specific electrolytic minerals, Endurolytes Extreme has you covered! With each capsule containing 300 mg of sodium chloride (salt) and 75 mg of potassium per capsule—three times more than the original Endurolytes formula, yet still in a balanced 4:1 ratio—Endurolytes Extreme is guaranteed to resolve even the toughest electrolyte replenishment challenges, especially:
During unusually hot-weather events
If you're not acclimated to the weather conditions
If you consume a high-sodium diet
If you are "physiologically predisposed" to cramping (e.g., if you have extremely high sweat rates)
During early season training, a time when fitness levels are low, resulting in higher mineral losses
If one of more of these categories describes you or your circumstances, Endurolytes Extreme is the product you need.

Endurolytes Extreme - Great StuffI've used regular E-Caps for years. Now, the Extreme version is even better--especially for running in the summer heat of the Arizona desert.

Much more effecive than regular EndurolytesI had been using regular Endurolytes with okay results. I purchased the Extreme version about a month ago and am using it to train for an Ironman. I have had two long workouts in very hot and humid conditions now where I've used this product and have had no issues with cramping or feeling bad. It wasn't until I was reading on Facebook and seeing my friend's descriptions on how miserable their workouts were (because of the heat and humidity) that I realized how hot and humid the day was and how much the Extreme Endurorlytes were helping me. GREAT product and definitely worth the extra cost over regular Endurolytes (you also don't have to use as many capsules either to get the desired result).

Endurolytes ExtremeI usually suffer from cramps during distance cycling events. I used Endurolytes Extreme with Endurolytes powder + Heed for the 2014 Lumberjack 100 and didn't have a single cramp the entire race. Climbed every hill on the bike :)

endurolytes extremeI purchased these without looking at the label first and actually prefer more potassium than sodium as it works better and faster for me with my leg muscle cramping during rides. I will go back to the regular endurolytes and hopefully you will always make these. I am not real happy with these extremes and still have 3 unopened bottles and wish I could return them and replace with the regular endurolytes. let me know if I am able to do so as I am nor pleased with the results for me and don't really like that there is more sodium. I think the regular endurolytes are a better balance of sodium, potassium and magnesium. Joel Kwiatkowski
