DEALER SERVICES / INTERNATIONAL SALES COORDINATOR

Job Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate and expand the sales of Hammer Nutrition products, primarily through international accounts. Your primary tasks will be order fulfillment and coordination between national and international partners. Extreme attention to detail, concise communication skills and ability to balance multiple complex projects is essential. You will need to be well-versed regarding the technical features of our products, using this knowledge to help educate partners as they grow their businesses. Ability to successfully navigate the world of international shipping, customs, and import/export processes is essential. This position is a full-time year-round position in our Whitefish, Montana headquarters. Little to no travel is required. International business is a rapidly growing component of Hammer Nutrition’s business, considerable opportunities for advancement opportunities exist for the successful applicant.

Job Duties:

  • Service existing accounts, obtain and process purchase orders, and facilitate shipping and receipt of international shipments.
  • Balance and manage large international orders, using extreme attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all orders and shipping practices.
  • Work with product development team to update international accounts on product changes, quality control concerns and branding updates as they occur.
  • Coordinate with international partners and management to ensure successful implementation of Hammer Nutrition sales and customer service practices within their markets.
  • Provide timely and effective product and business updates to international partners.
  • Create international shipping documentation and coordinate with recipients to successfully manage customs and trade requirements.
  • Inform management by submitting reports on activity and results, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual country analyses.
  • Quickly resolve any and all customer issues by working directly with international parties, local representatives, and management team.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
  • Maintain records on area and customer sales.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years national or international sales experience
  • Consultative selling, including presentation, offer, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build, maintain, and manage solid business and client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to use MS Office; Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to make decisions in the best interests of the customer and Hammer Nutrition
  • Strong team player
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities according to importance and urgency
  • Exceptional communication skills; confidence to communicate with a variety of customers and prospects; customer service background helpful
  • Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail and thoroughness

  • Previous sales experience in IBD, running, outdoor sports, or nutrition related industry preferred, but not required
  • Experience with international sales, business or trade preferred

Hammer Nutrition in Whitefish is looking for a friendly, dynamic, and focused individual to join our growing administrative team. Identify top sellers, expand product selection and depth for each account, and help dealers with in-store merchandising methods to meet customers needs and increase sales revenue. The successful candidate will have/acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, the competition, and the retail environment in which our dealers exist.

Job Duties:
