B2C Channel Manager - (Customer Service/Warehouse Staff Manager)

The B2C Channel Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of our direct to consumer business staff activities. Responsibilities include managing the Customer Service staff - hiring, training, assigning tasks and duties, and setting and maintaining performance standards in accord with the owners expectations. This position also manages the warehouse staff - including hiring, training, and setting and maintaining performance standards.

The B2C Channel Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the customer experience meet the owners expectations and stated policies - from initial contact to order delivery and everything in between.

Manager will coordinate with inventory managers and supply chain for maximum efficiency while ensuring the timely expediting and delivery of customer orders. Manager will coordinate and work closely with the creative and marketing team to ensure that staff is aware of all offers, programs, and promotions prior to implementation.

Successful applicant will have a bachelor's or post graduate degree in business administration, management, or relevant major, and/or a minimum of 6 years of employee management experience, strong analytical background, and high degree of computer proficiency.

B2B Channel Manager - (National Sales Manager)

The B2B Channel Manager is responsible for all aspects of the wholesale channel. Strong people, communication, and organizational skills are required. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing the inside sales team and independent reps, setting performance standards, and ensuring that those standards are met with consistency and to the owners expectations. The position oversees all wholesale accounts, national chain accounts, and domestic and international distributors. Duties also include coordinating timely freight movement/order fulfillment with our off-site distribution facility in Wisconsin.

Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on sales programs, promotions, strategies, and communications to meet sales/distribution goals. Will work closely with marketing/creative team on print and digital promotions, packaging, displays, and branding for this channel.

The manager will work closely with the owner, purchasing/inventory managers, and supply chain partners to ensure maximum efficiency, in-stock availability, and minimal lead times.

The successful applicant will have a bachelor's or post graduate degree in business administration, management, or a relevant major, a minimum of 10 years of employee management, and wholesale sales experience in cycling, running, outdoor industry, or a similarly applicable industry. A high degree of proficiency with computer spreadsheets and analytics is needed to manage staff and programs and to provide reports for owner.
