More Unicorn magic in a pill!I've been taking this supplement consistently for a month now during my marathon training and I really do see a difference in my energy levels and reduced soreness. In fact, I haven't had any soreness for this marathon training while taking this product! I can't wait to officially complete my first marathon and that's saying a lot for someone who has Lupus! If you don't have this as a staple to your training regime, well, you're working harder, not smarter.

Really seemed to helpI have used this product multiple times and actually did PR on all of the races. It seems to help more for short races but helps with hydration on the longer ones as well. My stomach doesn't deal well with the caps but does with the powder (although truthfully the taste is not great). But it's easy enough to drink up for the results.

Nausea?I tried these for the first time before my A race triathlon. I had a great race but I'm not sure it had to do with these pills. I've only used them once so I'm undecided but while taking them I had a lot of unexplained nausea even vomited once. I'll try them again with reservation.

My go-to pre-race supplementI first starting using RDB in 2012 and while this product is geared more for shorter duration and high intensity racing, I found it works for well for me over the 70.3 triathlon distance and everything shorter. The greatest benefit I've found using RDB has been racing Olympic and Sprint triathlons. When preloaded with RDB I feel great following a race and more importantly am able to get right back into my training routine the next day.

For My "A" RacesI have been using Race Day Boost for 2 years now. I take the loading dose before every important race and my "A" races! As a cyclist I need any extra advantage in performance when it comes to beating my competitors or the clock.

Like flooring the DeLorean to 88 mph!I took a big risk using "something new" before my Boston-qualifying marathon last month in CA, but it paid off big. Having trained with Hammer Gels for over a year, I knew the quality of Hammer's products. Am I glad I did--I've never felt stronger during and after any of my previous six marathons. In combination with Hammer Gels and Endurolyte capsules, I bettered my PR by almost 7 minutes, snagging my first sub-3 in 2:57. That's enough to make the old Doc say, "Great Scott!" Thanks Hammer!
