I just started using these along with a protein heavy Atkins/keto diet. Before I used these, my plumbing was slow due to the excess protein being consumed. Even with the added fiber of dark leafy vegetables, I felt bloated and knew that I was carrying excess waste in my gut. Since I started using the Digest Caps, I'm regular again. No more constipation, no more belly bloat. I only take one a day and I feel awesome! I just read an article about all of the awesome things that a healthy microbiome does for you - from helping to regulate mood, to reducing inflammation in the brain, to boosting my immune system. I am so happy that Hammer Nutrition has these probiotics. I can trust that what I am putting in my body is healthy and not laden with fillers. Glad I switched to them!

When is the best time to take Digest Capsules? morning or evening and before or after meals?

Verified Reply - SteveWhile it's perfectly acceptable to take Digest Caps any time during the day--with or without food--a number of people prefer to take it away from food, oftentimes doing this first thing in the morning or just prior to bed. While there is no "science" that we are aware of regarding this practice, the rationale for taking the product on an empty stomach is that there is no interference from food, which may permit the healthy bacteria to colonize the GI tract more efficiently and effectively.
