XCO Mountain Biking
I am an off-road cyclist focused on XCO mountain bike racing. After racing ATVs at a professional level, I have put my athletic focus into cycling and performing on the bike. By engaging in endurance sports, my passion for physiology, nutrition, and sports/exercise performance has grown, and I look forward to learning more through experience and continued learning! I am also passionate about sharing what I have learned through personal training and coaching.
