- Benefits skin & eyes
The unique AO Booster formula not only supplies antioxidants to support your immune system—perfectly complementing the ones in Super Antioxidant—these nutrients are also highly beneficial for protecting your vision, improving your skin, and reducing muscle soreness.
Gamma E Tocopherol Complex – Extracted and concentrated from oil palm fruits, these are the four tocopherol components of the vitamin E “family”—alpha, beta, gamma, and delta—with emphasis on the gamma fraction. These potent fat-soluble antioxidants exist in optimal ratios for absorbability and also offer anti-inflammatory properties.
Tocomin® Full-Spectrum Natural Tocotrienol Complex – Extracted and concentrated from oil palm fruits, these are the four tocotrienol components of the vitamin E “family”—alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. They work synergistically with the ingredients’ tocopherols to maximize free radical elimination.
Lutein – A naturally occurring carotenoid found in high quantities in green leafy vegetables such as spinach and kale. It is an antioxidant and has particular benefits for vision and ocular health.
Astaxanthin – A form of microalgae that gives the red color to salmon, lobster, and crab, astaxanthin has antioxidant and anti-carcinogenic properties.

this and Mito are the two caps i take that give me an edge
Thanks for leaving a review, AO booster is must !
I've been using it for a few weeks now and feel better.
I take this at night and feel refreshed when i get up in the morning.
I like the seaweed flavor/taste...reminds me of my time in Korea. But so far everyone around me has been sick but I keep trudging along with AO Booster and all my other Hammer products. I feel healthy!
I've been taking this product for three months. As a 52 year old mountain biker, I've put on 5 pounds of muscle and have been routinely setting personal records on the trail. Great product.
I am currently taking vitamin E and C daily. With the product containing Astaxanthin, it appears that I could eliminate those and just take this. I am not sure if the 5% content covers my current intake of 400UI vitamin E and 2000mg of vitamin C. Thank you.

- Verified Reply - SteveEvery two capsules of AO Booster contains 300 mg of Gamma E Tocopherol Complex and 100 mg Tocomin® Full-Spectrum Natural Tocotrienol Complex. This represents all 8 members of the vitamin E "family" (4 tocopherols, 4 tocotrienols), and if you're currently taking 400 IU of vitamin E (which is usually just the d-alpha tocopherol fraction), two capsules of AO Booster (1 twice daily) will cover that need completely. In addition, every two capsules will supply 20 mg of Lutein, which is an outstanding antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, with the added benefit that it's a key nutrient for eye health. Two AO Booster capsules will provide you with the multi-beneficial nutrient, astaxanthin. More about this amazing nutrient can be found at https://www.hammernutrition.com/blog/astaxanthins-amazing-benefits/ There is no vitamin C in AO Booster.
Re: AO Booster. The pills smell very fishy. Not pleasant swallowing them. Wondering if that's because the nutrients are derived from fish. Also wondering if I have a bad batch. Please let me know. Thanks.

- Verified Reply - Hammer SteveAO Booster contains a nutrient called astaxanthin (AS-tuh-ZAN-thin), which has a naturally fishy/marine smell. Like many nutrients, batches of astaxanthin can vary, which is why there can be variations in the intensity of this naturally occurring smell. Classified as a xanthophyll carotenoid, astaxanthin is a form of microalgae that gives the red color to salmon, lobster, crab (among others), and the pink color to the feathers of flamingos. Known primarily as a powerful antioxidant—believed to be 550 times more potent than vitamin E and 6,000 times stronger than vitamin C—as well as a superb anti-inflammatory, there have been numerous studies demonstrating astaxanthin's benefits in many areas of human health, including eyes, skin, heart, brain, liver, and more.
