Great socks for any use.

I love these socks! I'm buying another 2 pairs because I use them so often. Lately I have used them as a lite sock for Nordic skiing. They are tight getting on and off like the other people mention but I find that it helps them stay up so they don't slide down which is much appreciated during a long...

Great wool socks!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

A little tight over the ankle, but these are my go to socks. Even though they're wool, I wear them year round in Southern California. To me, they give less slippage in my cycling shoes than normal cycling socks.

Tight instep

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

As a whole they seem to be a great sock. They wear well for longevity. The bad news is the material is not soft to the touch. It does not have the itch of wool. Another problem is I have trouble putting the sock on. I have to use a shoe horn to get them over my heal. Even with the use of the shoe horn the sock has not loss it shape and stays up on the calf with no hint of sliding down. I have worn them bicycling at 38 degrees F predawn with no issue of cold feet.

Great price for deFeet wool socks...but a bit tight

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I've worn deFeet for years and these are no different...a bit tight. I'm a 9.5 (US), 43.5 (Eur) and get the large size. They are especially tight on me around the heel to ankle area. It would be great if there were just a bit more stretch in that area. Otherwise, an awesome sock.
