Features: Water bottle with integrated gel flask. When you want water, pull out the valve and use like any other water bottle. When you want gel, push in the valve, squeeze the bottle and out comes your gel. Pull the valve out halfway and get a mix of gel and water. Lightweight and easy to clean.
Well, My wife and I both race (Sport) and our Gel Bot Bottles came just before one of our mnt bike races, so we loaded them up, hit the starting line and raced. I had actually never even used it before I found myself racing! Anyway, it was really an advantage. Very simple to use. Oh, She got 1st and I squeaked a 3rd. :)
