Kyle Dees "I was told by a biking friend that the Hammer line of products are very good for providing proper nutrition during biking exercise and races. As testimony to their effectiveness, I had radically different experiences comparing the century I rode in the Tour de Moore and the century I rode at the MS-150. At the Tour de Moore, I relied primarily on a combination of a leading sports drink, amino acids, waxy maize (complex carb) and energy gels. At the 75-mile mark, I began getting cramps in both legs, hamstrings to quads. I fought cramping to the end. At 94 or so miles, I bonked. I was wasted with no fuel left in my tank. Determined to never repeat this experience, I asked around and was put onto the Hammer products. For the New Bern rides, less than 2 weeks later, I used Hammer's Perpetuem, and supplemented with electrolyte capsules. I had 6 energy gels in my jersey, but only used 2. I probably could have done without them. I experienced no cramps on the ride, I was never hungry nor ever felt like I was on empty as far as fuel. I finished the race strong and trimmed 34 minutes off my time, in spite of higher temps and humidity. This has to be one of the best products available."
Christopher C Mangum When I saw the new and improved Recoverite shaker, I was very skeptical... especially when I saw the crazy spiral wire thing inside. I have been pleasantly surprised that it works well. The top doesn't leak when I shake it up, and the crazy wire thing does a good job of breaking up all those tasty Recoverite chunks into something more guzzelable.

Michael Garrison I just got a chance to try out the new Caffe Latte flavor of Perpetuem last weekend, and again today. I give it a big thumbs up! I have typically used the unflavored version & mixed it with Espresso Hammer Gel. The new flavor not only tastes even better, but is that much easier to prepare.

Susan I was recommended Perpetuem as a pre-race meal. (I also used Hammer gel and Endurolytes throughout the race.) On Saturday I enjoyed my FIRST race use of Perpetuem, FIRST race without being doubled over in pain @ the finish line (and first time able to eat normally within 24 hours AFTER a race), and my FIRST FIRST PLACE FEMALE finish at a trail race in Wyoming this weekend!! Coincidence? I think not. Great product y'all!
Molly Cobbs Without your Perpetuem, I couldn't have successfully completed the IM Coeur d'Alene. Having trained with it, I felt confident that the Perpetuem would supply all of my nutritional needs while not upsetting my stomach. It worked like a charm.
Julian Watson I did a little experiment (unintentionally) with my training nutrition. I'd been following every workout for the last few months with Recoverite immediately after each workout and feeling really good. Then I ran out of my home supply and was too lazy to go get some more at storage - so... for 3 weeks I went without Recoverite my training basically went downhill fast. At first I thought it was just a bad stretch I was going through (or maybe I was just getting old) until I started back on the Recoverite last week and immediately felt 100% better. You have my endorsement. What a great product. As an official "Master" I need all the help I can get.

Jennifer Fritzsching I have tried a bunch of things from alternative sleep remedies to prescription drugs. The problem has not been so much getting to sleep as staying asleep, although sometimes I can't get to sleep either. So far nothing has worked as well as REM Caps. I have been sleeping right through the night.

Kevin Day After years of dealing with next day soreness after a hard workout and thinking it was a "fact of life" I tried your Recoverite product. After a training run of 28 miles I consumed a two scoops in 12 ounces of water and another two scoops about an hour later. I woke up the next day and to my total surprise I had no muscle soreness. This stuff is incredible. Don't ever discontinue this product or you'll have a lot of unhappy customers.

Jeff Cuddeback Since I began using a Endurolyte capsule both before and after biking or swimming I have had no post-exertion migraines. My Primary Care and Neurologist were amazed to discover the real cause of those migraines and how easy it was to treat versus the IV hydration & pain shots. The effects are much more consistent than with the grocery store 'sports drinks'. Cameron Lim A few marathons ago, I switched to Heed in my own long-distance training, having had bad experiences with other so-called sports drinks, so I couldn't in good conscience serve anything else at Two Bear. One hundred two marathoners started the our race, and 101 finished! This is phenomenal on any marathon course, let alone a course as challenging as Two Bear!
Dan Weinberg I just want to thank Steve Born for the nutrition clinic at the Silverman Ironman. This was my first Ironman distance but I have done numerous double century cycling events with your products. Going into the Silverman, I wasn't sure about my morning nutrition, especially with other athletes always saying how can I do this event with just starting out in the morning with 250 calories (carbs). After listening to Steve, I knew that I was going to be okay. My nutrition intake on the bike was perfect and (I stayed with the Hammer products) my run and recovery were great.

Michael Onkels During a 5+ hour event with 11,000 feet of climbing in 100 miles and I started taking the e-caps after the first hour or so. Since my body was not prepared for the effort I demanded of it, my legs began to have twinges of cramps in retaliation. So I popped some e-caps and the cramps went away. An hour later the cramps returned and again I banished them with some more e-caps. It was unbelievable. Each time as I began to cramp, I popped a couple of e-caps and within 3-5 minutes there were no signs of cramps whatsoever.

Holly Hicks I love Hammer Gel for the feeling of consistent energy it provides during races. No sugar spikes here. I like the flask dispensers because it enables me to mix the gel with water to get the perfect consistency that goes down easily even when I'm going full-bore. The fruity flavors are my favorites!
Christoph Herby I take Race Caps and Endurolytes before and during long road events. I find that they help to delay the onset of fatigue. Because my body feels less worn down late in the races, I feel like they also help my alertness at critical points in the race. When I take these caps towards the end of the race I feel a distinct improvement in my energy level.

The weather was unseasonably hot and runners were really having a tough time but I was great with HEED in my camelbak and 1-2 endurolytes every hour. As far as calories go I alternated between Hammer Gel and Perpetuem paste(from a hammer flask) at 1-2 servings/hour. My only other intake was water which I drank at the aid stations.
