IFLORA - USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Especially after a course of antibiotics (when ALL bacteria, both good and bad, are destroyed), or when extra strength support is needed (after an illness is a good example) using iFlora at 2 capsules per day for two to four weeks super saturates the body with the widest range and highest amount of healthy bacteria possible. This allows ideal re-colonization of healthy bacteria in the intestines and colon. We suggest taking iFlora upon arising, with water, and 30 minutes prior to food. Once this two-week course is completed you can certainly continue with iFlora. However, at this point the amounts even 1 capsule of iFlora provides may not be necessary and is more expensive than Digest Caps. Therefore we suggest using iFlora for two to four weeks then switching to Digest Caps on a daily basis as a maintenance dose.
