**FREE shipping on orders over $100 is only applicable to ground shipments to a street address within the 48 Contiguous States of the USA. The following special restrictions apply to Express shipments, P.O. Boxes, oversea addresses, and APO/FPO addresses, and any shipments to a location outside of the 48 Contiguous States.

Unlike many mail order companies, we do not attempt to make a BIG profit on shipping charges. We charge according to the chart below for inexpensive FedEx ground shipping, and use FedEx published rates for air packages.

If you choose Express shipping, we will pay the first $7.95 of the shipping charge for orders over $100 and bill you for the remainder of the shipping charge. We also cover the first $7.95 on over-water shipments over $100 including Alaska.
Our primary goal is to get fuels, supplements, and body care items (a.k.a. "consumables") to you as quickly as possible. We will not hold up orders that contain consumable items because of backordered non-consumable items.
However, achieving our goal for order expedition is complicated by clothing, gear, and accessories (i.e. NON-consumables) which may be backordered for lengthy periods due to long lead times (6-12 weeks).
Partial Shipment of Mixed Orders Guiding Policy:
Consumables: If a consumable item will be out-of-stock for 4 working days or less, the order can be held and shipped complete. If a consumable item will be out-of-stock for 4 working days or less, and you elect to have your in-stock items shipped immediately you will pay regular shipping charges on the subsequent backordered item(s) when they are expedited. If the consumable item will be out of stock for more than 4 working days, we insist you be sent an immediate partial shipment of your in-stock item(s); and we will pay the cost of shipping the backordered consumable item, when it becomes available.
Non-Consumables: If a non-consumable item will be out-of-stock for 4 working days or less, the order can be held and shipped complete. If you elect to have in-stock items shipped immediately and back ordered non-consumables sent later, you will pay regular shipping charges on the subsequent backordered item(s) when they are expedited. If the out-of-stock non-consumable item will be out of stock for more than 4 working days, the order must be sent in separate shipments and you will be charged the cost of shipping the subsequent non-consumable item shipment.
International Orders: If the backordered item is expected to be in stock within 1 week, the order can be held and shipped complete. A backordered item that isn't expected in for an extended period of time must be shipped separately at the customer's expense or removed from the order altogether.
Ground shipping for the initial partial shipments of mixed orders over $100 is free ($7.95 off for Express, Over-Water, Alaska shipments).
How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
FedEx Ground Shipping
Flat rate ground orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt. Please reference the map below for transit time (in business days) to your location once shipped.
FedEx Express Shipping (3-day, 2-day, and Overnight shipping)
Orders received Monday through Friday by 1:30 PM MST will receive priority attention and be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:30 PM MST will be shipped the next business day. Express orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Please note: For 3-day and 2-day shipping, the day of shipment does not count. For example, if you choose 2-day shipping, your order will arrive two business days after the date that your order is processed and shipped.
FedEx Saturday Delivery
The best way to request Saturday delivery is to order by phone rather than through the website. Saturday delivery may not be available in your area. Orders received by 1:30 PM MST on Friday can be shipped for Saturday delivery for an additional $15.00 added to overnight shipping charges. You must put 'Saturday Delivery' in the notes field if you order online, and you will be contacted with the correct quote for shipping.

Where Should I Have My Order Sent?
Shipping is quickest to a business address, so we recommend this if at all possible. If you use your business address as your shipping address, PLEASE include the name of the business to help the delivery person find your address, AND include your name as the contact. If you prefer to have your orders sent to your home, please be sure to include any special instructions (i.e. Leave on front porch) in the comments field of the shopping cart. Of course, you may also ship to your billing address, or to an alternate address of your choice. If your order is a gift, and you would like the invoice to be mailed to you rather than included in the package, please note this in the comments field of the shopping cart.
**Exceptions to Cheapest Way
P.O. Boxes, Military, and Oversea Addresses
All P.O. Box, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Orders will be calculated according to the shipping weight and zone. We will cover the first $7.95 for orders over $100 being shipped to these addresses.
Note: For APO/FPO Addresses transit times vary greatly once the package is delivered from the USPS into the military mail system, at which time we are unable to track the package. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery.
In an effort to save you money on shipping charges, please check our dealer locator for a dealer near you that carries some or all of the products that you would like to order. Check back often as we are continuing to add more stores. Our shipping charge table does NOT apply to Canadian orders. Orders up to $100 will be charged shipping based on zone and weight. We will pay the first $7.95 of the shipping charge for orders over $100. We ship to Canada via Express Mail International. We will e-mail you with a shipping charge quote requesting your confirmation before we ship ANY order to Canada.
Note: Products containing L-Carnitine CAN NOT be imported into Canada.
All international orders ship via USPS Express International mail. A shipping charge will NOT be indicated at checkout, or in your order confirmation e-mail. We will have to calculate the charge based on country and the package weight and e-mail you a total for your approval. Shipping charges do NOT include duties, taxes, or other applicable fees for your country. Please check with your local customs agency or the appropriate government offices to clarify possible charges.
In an effort to reduce fraudulent orders, ALL international orders will be placed on hold until shipping costs are approved by the customer and a cardholder verification form has been submitted, reviewed, and approved. ALL first-time orders must be shipped to the billing address. No exceptions will be made! We reserve the right to cancel any order with fraudulent characteristics. Please understand that this is for your security as well as ours.
Please note: If customs refuses delivery of your package and returns it to Hammer Nutrition, we will apply a credit for the dollar amount of the product returned to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable and won't be credited to your account. Additionally, if for some reason, customs holds your package for customer pickup/payment, we are no longer responsible for the package at that time. We appreciate your understanding.
If FedEx tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you can't locate it, please take a moment to check your porch area, planters, doorways, fences, and even with your neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us within ten days of the delivery date so that we can schedule a driver follow up with FedEx. If FedEx is unable to locate the package at that time, we will assist you in replacing the order. However, if you don't contact us within the ten-day time frame, we are not liable for the lost package.
