Another Reason to Feel Good About Taking Mito Caps

Acetyl-L-carnitine levels linked to mental health

BY ENDURANCE NEWS STAFF

While the science behind Mito Caps may feel complex, the usage instruction is very simple. Everyone should take them. Every day.

For those in need of an explanation, here's the short story:

This potent blend of cellular energy substrates works to support the reproduction and regeneration of the mitochondria in your cells. Those are the organelles responsible for the energy each and every cell produces. By supporting them, you literally support every function of the human body. We've often quoted Dr. Bill Misner on this subject, as he put it best: The longer you can stimulate the lifespan or health of the mitochondria, the longer you will live and the better you will perform.

Users of Mito Caps can expect to experience increased energy levels, improved blood sugar stability, better fat burning, better resistance to illness, improved hair and nail quality, and, as new studies show - less likelihood to experience depression.

A recent study revealed that acetyl-L-carnitine - one of the primary ingredients in Mito Caps - is also a crucial brain nutrient. Research conducted by Dr. Carla Nasca showed a link between low levels of acetyl-L-carnitine and a greater risk of depression.

This study analyzed blood levels of acetyl-L-carnitine in men and women of all ages (between the ages of 20 and 70) who had been admitted to medical treatment centers for acute depression. Their levels were then compared to 45 demographically matched men and women who did not experience depression. They found that the amount of acetyl-L-carnitine in depressed subjects' blood was significantly lower. In fact, levels correlated directly with the level of depressive symptoms. Those with the most severe symptoms had the lowest blood levels.

This has incredible implications for acetyl-L-carnitine as an aid in supporting treatment of depression - one of the most common severe mental health issues in the country. Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the Stanford School of Medicine, Dr. Natalie Rasgon, states, As a clinical psychiatrist, I have treated many people with this disorder in my practice. It's the number one reason for absenteeism at work, and one of the leading causes of suicide. Worse, current pharmacological treatments are effective for only about 50 percent of the people for whom they're prescribed. And they have numerous side effects, often decreasing long term compliance. In regards to acetyl-L-carnitine, Dr. Rasgon says, We've identified an important new biomarker of major depression disorder."

While we have known for some time that Mito Caps' benefits are wide ranging, this adds a new dimension to the paradigm. It also may explain why some reviewers, at a loss for explanation, simply report that the product just makes me feel better!

Mito Caps has long been a crucial component of the Daily Essentials lineup. We have recommended them for everyone - regardless of age or activity level - in order to support optimal physical well-being. This research adds additional weight to our recommendation while simultaneously broadening the expected benefits. Now more than ever, we know you'll feel good about taking this essential product daily.
