Globus EMS for fracture healing-guidance request
Hello,
Was hoping someone out there may have some helpful info on this one. Following Detroit Marathon found that I have two fractures in foot (one more bottom midfoot and one bottom toe. Any guidance as to using Globus Premium Sport to speed healing (what "program" or any other helpful info.
Thanks!
From the desk of the injured,
Tom

Re: Globus EMS for fracture healing-guidance request
Hi Tom,
Unfortunately there is not much the Globus would be able to do for these injuries, especially considering the location. The toe is definitely out of reach, but you can certainly try running some light, no higher than 10-15 mA, Active Recovery on the bottom of your foot. I'm not sure how much help it's going to be, but you can certainly give it a try. Just place a 2x2 pad on the bottom of your heel and another on the ball of your foot, or on either side of the injured area. Give it a try and let me know how it works. If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Regards,
Jason
