What is the optimal timing for running the warmup program (Potentiation) prior to a workout or race? I am wondering how far in advance one could run the program and still receive the benefit. In a pre-race situation, logistics often would seeming preclude access to the EMS unit for 30 minutes or more.

Hi Lance,

You should run Potentiation as soon as possible prior to the race start. It should still benefit you even if you need to run it 30 minutes before the start but if you're able to do it sooner, that's even better.
