American Triple T fueling

I have been racing triathlons for about 6 years on and off when work allows, and have been using Hammer fuels exclusively for the last 4. I am racing the American Triple T event in May and I am looking for some ideas on fueling and recovery. The "race" is actually 4 races over a weekend: a super sprint on Friday evening, an Olympic distance on Saturday morning, an Olympic (bike, swim, run) on Saturday afternoon, and a long course (half) on Sunday. Obviously pacing and recovery is going to play a huge part in my weekend, and I was hoping someone more knowledgeable than me might have some tips. I tolerate all the Hammer products well. Thanks for any help.
