Food Is Your Best Medicine
I just ordered a copy of "Food Is Your Best Medicine" with my latest Hammer shipment and am several chapters in. I'm curious, though - why does Hammer recommend this particular nutrition book? There are lots of books on nutrition out there; what makes this one (published way back in 1966!) worthy of being sold by Hammer, while others aren't?
Also, I'm noticing that the book doesn't appear to address the topic of nutritional supplements, so I'm wondering what Hammer would say about the author's lack of commentary on this topic.
I'm not questioning Hammer's judgment in selling this book; I'm just curious to learn more of the rationale.
