Afternoon slump (looking for old info)

Postby cmmosier » Tue May 18, 2010 1:15 pm

Hi,

There was a great exchange just before the threads went to the message boards - it was was about what to take to overcome the afternoon slump.

I am about to adjust my autoship order and wanted to try some of Steve's suggestions, but I can't find the email. Essentially, my issue is the same as was posted: early morning workouts, sometimes 2x day workouts, 9-5 job, and crashing around 2:30 to 3 pm, no matter how well I eat.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Chris M.

Chris,

I don't want to replace Steve's response, but he did write and article on preventing the afternoon fade on the blog recently. This might be a great place to start!

Vince,

I think this is exactly what I was looking for. I think the blog came as a result of the exchange (or it was coincidental timing).

Thanks!
