Scale suggestions
I'm currently looking for a good digital scale to help with my endurance training.
I've never owned one so I'm not quite sure what brands to look for.
I'm hoping to get calculations for weight, body fat and body water at least.
I understand the calculations probably won't be extremely accurate but I'm just looking for something to use as a guideline.
Any recommendations?
Thanks,
Ryan

Re: Scale suggestions
While expensive ($150-ish), it's a great training tool and tracks your progress wirelessly, the Withings Body Scale is highly regarded and accurate due to its "athlete" mode.

Re: Scale suggestions
Thank you so much this is exactly what I've been looking for.
It's funny that not once did that scale come up for any of my google searches.
I agree the price is a bit high but considering I've bought 2 scales that have been junk so far I think it will be well worth it.
