Perpetuem Solids or Mix??
Is there any reason why I cant use only the solids vs. the mix? Oh I love the solids and the ease of use. But I like the mix also.

Re: Perpetuem Solids or Mix??
Hello Rbox3r -
Perpetuem Solids is the exact same formula as Perpetuem in the powdered form, so you can use the Solids as your sole source of energy. However, it takes 3 Solids to equal 100 calories so you'd be doing a lot of chewing to meet your calorie requirements (especially if you're a larger athlete like me). But yes, since it is the same exact formula as the powdered Perpetuem so if you wanted to you can use Perpetuem Solids as your sole source of calories.
Check out our blog post "Using Perpetuem Solids (http://www.hammernutrition.com/blog/usi ... em-solids/) for more information about this product and how we believe its best usage is. Of course, if you have more questions please post them!
Sincerely -
Steve
