Endurolytes Fizz - non-training usage
I have been using Endurolytes Fizz in my water bottles during training and races for the past 2 years and have loved the results.
My question is more towards usage during non-training hours.
In an attempt to drink more water and totally eliminate soda/energy drinks, I have been drinking a bottle (1 tablet) or two throughout the workday.
Would there be any potential negatives to this routine?
So far I feel more hydrated and am able to avoid other sugary drinks, so I take that as a positive.
Thanks!
Matt

I do the same thing but typically in the evening to ensure I'm well hydrated before the next day's workouts. I haven't noticed any negative affects, my reasoning is to get the electrolytes without the calories.

Thanks, good to hear that others are using for the same reason.
I believe the only thing to be aware of is your daily sodium intake, as a few bottles in a day could provide a small impact.
