What's the difference between HEED and Endurolytes Fizz?

Can someone explain to me the difference between HEED and Endurolytes Fizz? They seem identical to me except Fizz is more convenient for carrying, obviously.

HEED contains 100 calories and the equivalent of 1 Endurolytes capsule or approximately 1/2 tablet of Endurolytes Fizz. I say "approximately" when referring to Endurolytes Fizz because there are a few differences between that product and the encapsulated version (see the blog post "Endurolytes Fizz – How it Compares to Endurolytes Capsules" at http://www.hammernutrition.com/blog/end ... -capsules/).

With HEED you both a calorie source and an electrolyte source. With Endurolytes Fizz all you really have is an electrolyte source (each tablet only contains a mere 10 calories).
