Trace Mineral Drops

A new "expert" mentioned to me that he's found the use of Trace Minerals to be incredibly effective in his overall health. (I label him "expert", since mostly self proclaimed, but he does have the title of being a former pro and Olympic cyclist. Not sure that qualifies for much, but I was all ears to hear his supplementation ideas.) The trace minerals he recommended was "ConcenTrace" brand, "Trace Mineral Drops". Curious to know if anyone out there in the Hammer community has any experience with using this or any similar products?
