Splitting doses
Just curious what the reasoning is behind splitting up a dose? For example I take 7 PICs daily (more on training days). But I've been taking all 7 with breakfast. I was just reading the PUM and it's suggested to split the dose up. I assume this is to keep the nutrients in the system in a more even way throughout the day, but wanted to hear some feedback on this.
Thanks,
Charles

Re: Splitting doses
Hello Charles -
Your hypothesis is correct. There are a number of water-soluble nutrients in Premium Insurance Caps (such as the vitamin C and all of the B vitamins), and they really don't have a terribly long "shelf life" in the body. So by splitting up the dose you're giving your body a more consistent and longer-lasting supply of these and other nutrients in the product.
Sincerely -
Steve
