Product Changes

Hammer, your friends, me included, think you rock! But when you think about changing a product or its packaging, please use your user-base as a resource for feedback. The members of this forum, for example, can give you helpful feedback regarding a product change and how it might be helpful or otherwise.

For example, changing the size and appearance of Endurolytes to that of Endurance Amino, to where we can't tell the two apart? Bad idea. I used a Sharpie to mark my Endurolytes for my ride yesterday.

Please give us the opportunity to comment on changes to your product line. We are your clients and you depend on our loyalty. Give us a chance to provide input before you change something.
