Let say I have prepared 14 weeks sprint program where first 7weeks are max strength development (2 blocks of 3weeks with 1week break between) followed by 7weeks being directed towards power development

I guess my question is how would you use EMS in terms of power development?
How many times/ week?
Would you maintain number of EMS sessions through whole season?
Or number sessions per week would fall closer to competition season/ main champs?
I know that you can change time from 10sec to 6/4sec and Hz frequency somewhere from 80-120 to 120-150 keeping high intensity but how to apply smooth progressions where you can obtain maximum results in terms of power development :?:
