question on e-stim w/ strength & endur. programs
I have a globus premimum sport ems unit and was hoping to get some guidance around whether I should be trying to actively contract or isometrically contractring the muscle I am using the stim on when using the strength and endurance programs or be passive and allow the stim unit to fire the muscles? In particular I am thinking about the quadriceps, hamstrings and calf's. Any thoughts or feedback on what others do would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Joe,
I believe the answer to your question is found in the Compex Quick Tips guide in the first paragraph http://www.hammernutrition.com/downloads/Compex-Quick-Tips.pdf
Let me know if that does not address your concerns.
