pad placement
Any tricks of the trade for getting back pads placed properly when no one happens to be around to do this for you when doing a session? The upper/mid back seem particularly challenging, but perhaps I'm less flexible than most.

Hi Caitlin,
Using a mirror will definitely help you make sure you're placing the pads in the right spot. After a couple of times placing these on your own you'll have it down. The other thing that really helps is connecting the cables before you place the pad. Yoga lessons are helpful, but optional
