Muscle Group to use for Abdomen and Back

Muscle Group to use for Abdomen and Back
I am using the Globus Premium Sports model I have seen pad placements for the back and for the admonen. My question is which muscle group should be selected when exercising the back and admonen? The only options I have are shoulder, arm upper leg, lower leg and gluteus.

Hi Raymond,
You can just select Upper Leg for any trunk placements that are not listed on the unit. For the most part we recommend running only the Endurance, Massage, and Active Recovery programs on the abdominals. If you have a Sport + unit I also highly recommend using the Stretch/Relax program on the lower back, especially after long rides and runs. If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to ask.
