Dear Hammer Customer, The 20th Annual Client Appreciation Sale is finally here. You have been instrumental in making 2008 another year of growth for Hammer and this is our way of saying "THANK YOU". It's NOT an overstock sale. In fact, we stock extra inventory just for this sale. The sale runs from November 10th until December 17th, and is limited to stock on hand, so be sure to stock up for next season now! Throughout this year, we have absorbed the soaring cost of raw materials and transportation, up to 30% in some cases, instead of passing them on to you. However, we must make some price adjustments in 2009. As is our policy, any product with a price increase will be noted here, as well as any discontinued items. We will never forget that whatever success we achieve is due entirely to your support. I hope you take advantage of this once a year savings opportunity! Regardless of the amount spent, there will be no free shipping offered during the Client Appreciation Sale. It is likely that we will fall several days behind in expediting orders due to the heavy volume. So, if you are in a hurry and need your order by a certain date, please, please let us know that your order is time sensitive. Otherwise, only 3 day, 2 day, and overnight packages will be given special priority. All ground or "cheapest way" packages will be filled on an "as we are able" basis unless you notify us at the time of the order that it is time sensitive. We will not be able to give you sale prices on orders placed before November 10th. If you placed an order shortly before the sale began, we apologize in advance if you feel slighted. However, you are welcome to place another order before December 17th to stock up for the next few months. We will not be offering backorders during the Client Appreciation Sale. All Client Appreciation Sale prices will be offered on our web site for the duration of the sale. Existing clients and new clients may order online and receive sale pricing between November 10th and December 17th. No referral discounts to new clients will be given during the Client Appreciation Sale. Retailers may not match our pricing, but you may ask if they too are having a sale on Hammer products. Please be respectful of their decision if they are not offering sale prices and either pay their price or order from us. Just don't whine to them that they should match our prices. Don't forget the shipping $ and the waiting as a trade-off for sale pricing. |
